FB-800 Heavy-Duty Series Passes TUV Endurance Verification

We are proud to announce that the FB-800 heavy-duty sliding gate motor has completed TUV Rheinland endurance verification, running a full 1,000,000 open-close cycles under maximum load without gearbox replacement.

The test campaign covered torque consistency, temperature rise and anti-crush behavior across the entire cycle count. The oil-bath worm gearbox showed less than 0.3 mm of cumulative wear on the primary gear - well within the design margin.
